Tweedy Design uses information you provide to respond to enquiries, manage your project, share documents, and keep invoice records.
Information collected
Enquiries may include your name, email, phone number, municipality, property information, and proposed work. Client accounts include your name, email, a protected password record, and the projects, files, messages, and invoice records associated with your account.
Who can access your project
Project information is available to the client account assigned to the project and Tweedy Design’s administrators. Files are accessed through the signed-in portal. Share your account invitation only with its intended recipient and keep your password private.
Payments
Invoice payment links take you to the payment provider shown at checkout. Tweedy Design’s website does not collect or store your payment card number. The provider’s privacy terms apply to that payment. Payment status in the portal is updated after Tweedy Design confirms receipt.
Cookies and external links
The site uses essential cookies for sign-in and form security. This version does not use advertising or analytics trackers. External municipal resources and payment providers operate their own websites and privacy practices.
Your requests
You can ask about access to or correction of your information, or request deletion of information no longer needed for your project. Some records may need to be retained for contractual or legal obligations. Contact Tweedy Design to make a request.
